Bad service at Paul Kruger branch
I've got an account with Louis store and I'm also a recommended at Lewis so it started well where I was getting my recommendation fee now things directly and I decided to call head office then they told me there my recommendations are sorted I should go to the store when did the store got horrible service from a guy called Jacob baloyi

10 May 2026, 12:32As I was explaining on my review as that that guy feels entitled he treated me like I'm nothing yet I'm somebody that's bring business in the store and I'm also a client in the store so the kind of services that he gave me was horrible he thinks that the store is his and what she get me is that he that that in front of his superiors so he is better his he has authority more than superiors that's my that's my my concern and how can I be treated like that in front of the superior

10 May 2026, 12:33As instructed by his superiors our supposed to get a call from him at between 8 and 9:00 a.m. yesterday which is Saturday i didn't get anything any call nothing from branch from that branch and i can see that I'm not appreciated at somebody
