Bad service at lewis stores

I have a problem with lewis stores they have placed my name under adverse listings and they told me i was on arrears i did pay and was upto date still they have not sent the report to credit bearue it affects my score badly and when i ask them they say they dont know kanti who should i ask it is not how to run a business
