bad service at Lewis store at khayelitsha mall

<p>I went to purchase the wardrobe on the 20th of august and i was promised that it will be delivered over the weekend.ive been waited almost 14 days and i decided to cancell now that the consultant advised me that they don't have it in store.</p> <p>he advised me that i can get the money and buy it some where else.</p> <p>I was so shocked with that kind of the response from the consultant.</p> <p>I went again to take my money and they advise me that i must bring my bank statement which I failed to understand why because I bought it cash and the is a place that offer me good service than</p> <p>Lewis not a disgusting poor service they offered me.lindile maya was the consultant and the branch manager is yandisa mtsikile.</p> <p>they both not supposed to work at that store.</p> <p>I was given false information as in why I didn't get the wardrobe after 7 days</p>
