Bad service at Lewis Ermelo

Very unhappy with Lewis Ermelo. We bought 2 bedroom suites and a washing machine on the 23rd of November and a few things went wrong: 1. They did not deliver same day as promised but we let that go 2. They delivered the stuff the following however the pedestals are for the same side ( the left) for the one suite and when contacted Lewis Ermelo is not willing to rectify the mistake. I have been in contact with the manager Maureen since morning but she refers the matter to Portia who was the sales rep. Noone is getting back to us I am the one following up 3. We spent R18k on the day and they promised us a gift that was to come together with the goods however they brought a broken sewing machine instead (which my aunt asked for after they said they were throwing it away). That was not to replace the gift promised and it was very clear on all parties but today we are told that my aunt said she nolonger wants the gift and that's a lie 4. The chairs for the dressing table also not there

A weekend ruined and noone seems to care or account at Lewis. Please help
