Bad service and ********
I got an account at Lewis stores Springs branch they are debiting my account to pay my instalments y each and every month but my account is on arrears I don't understand how and now my name is listed under credit beareau I don't understand how I had to pay those arrears of which I don't know they are coming from where. Lewis stores please remove my name from the credit bereau list as I am paying you guys every month I can't even do anything because of your store the treatment you giving to your customers it's not good actually you are ******** your customers. Can my name be removed from the credit beareau list .

03 Mar 2022, 17:09Am not happy at all with the service you providing at Lewis stores and the branch I just recieved a call now from the head office from Dalleen they are telling that am handed over because I didn't pay account in December where as they are the one's who didn't do a debit order they are saying my account had insufficient Funds I know very well my account had funds I even went to the shop to change the debit order date .It is their fault for not debiting the account now they decide to ruin my name and hand me over for their mistakes they did I even paid the arrears she tells me that they can't remove my name from credit bereau I don't understand how Lewis stores we as customers we can't suffer for your mistakes you did and she tells me I need to send proof showing that I had funds I can't be complaining knowing very well I didn't have funds .please remove my name from credit bereau I am really not happy with the service you providing ******** your customers .

07 Mar 2022, 10:31I just recieved a call again from Dalleen at Lewis stores head office she is changing the story again telling me that my account had insufficient Funds on the from the 28th to the 31st and that's not true also why at the store did they change the debit order date to be 24th but the debit order didn't go off .They are ruining my name for no reason for their own mistakes she is even lying to me I don't understand why. I am telling her that I called the store in December and asked why they never debited my account I was told their system was not working and they even gave me a wrong account number which is not working .
