Bad service and rude employee

I was at lewis(Johannesburg town in Rissik street) yesterday opening an account.... I have never ever received such bad service and a very rude employee,there is a guy that works in the account department his name is xolani/bongani, the guy is so rude very rude, most clients were even complaining about him. He treats clients as if they are nothing...Even the manager is aware that this guy is rude but she ddnt seem to care when it got to her ears, i dont know whether she is scared of him or what.... i don't see my self ever going to that branch or referring someone to go to that branch. I Even spent 3 hours in the shop just opening an account.
