Bad service and Quality

I have a bed experience with Lewis. I bought washing machine it got broken a month after I paid and they were deducting for extra warranty but when I lodge my complain, they said I'm not gonna be assisted. I bought a bed now its been giving me problems also and instead of them attending to my complain they r asking about weight and hight which they never asked about when I. My coz I'm only left with one installment.
