Bad service and not for there first time

I'm very disappointed in Lewis head office and customer care.....my installment is R700 and R500 per week,only to find out today that iv been debited 4 times R250,R450,R1628.53 and R2371.41.....iv been at the branch 1084 in muruleng mall they tried to communicate with head office unfortunately no one was able to help me...my other debit orders bounced because of this unprofessional manner and lack of customer respect...I'm stucked with a broken TV when I tried claiming for repair I was advised my insurance has lapsed.....my other debts will suffer because of this inconvenience....very disappointed I'm still in the store at 18:00
