I have requested a detailed statement from lewis even today I am still waiting for feedback from them. I really don't understand why is it a hassle to get a statement from them. It's not the first time.

19 Dec 2024, 15:31I just wanted to report that I checked my credit profile yesterday and I have noticed that lewis did not update my account for the past two months. It still shows an outstanding balance of R3050 I will appreciate it if you can sort this out for me as soon as possible and the instalment should be adjusted accordingly because the outstanding balance is less than R700 not R1325 as indicated on my profile
It would be greatly appreciated because it affects my credit rating at TransUnion and Experian.
