Bad service

I made payment via ozow on the 5th March and that is an immediate payment. On my statement it show i am in arrears of 581.16 although i paid only a R500. This Statement that i recieved state the 8th March 2024 and it is already 15th March , the overdue message also states the 19th February 2024 we already in March.

What is the use of paying with Ozow if you cant pick the payment up on your side
