Bad service

I brought a bed from Lewis store in Dec 2020. In August 2021 I spoke to the manager that the springs are coming through on the sida of the bed. Since then they keep on telling me they will come back to me but never do. The latest story are that they have to find out from the supplier. I'm tied of trying to get an answer from them now the whole mattress are giving in and I'm still paying every month. Please hope something will happen now.
