Bad service

I regret the day I sat foot at the Lewis store at Hebron north west the experience was good until I cancelled my order before it arrived I cancelled my order online on the 7th of June on the next day I called the manager she told me to come pick up my deposit on Monday when I got to the store it was 10am I was told there network is down after about 45minutes nertwok was back the manager called me she said Emma why did you call the head office what were you hoping to achieve so now we don't have money go back home we will call you yoh guys I was like why did you tell me to come on Monday if u don't have money I'm using transport fare to get here plz plz help
