Bad service

Hi ,I bought a new bed cash at lewis stores 😴 west street on the 25th November 2024 the bed is making funny noise from day one I reported this before and I said I don't want this kind of bed anymore 😴

Last week on the 28 I went to the store for exchange the Lady by Thabi who was assisting the sales Lady she was very rude to us she said the lady must check our body size before she sell the bed that is bodyshaming.

I payed extra amount for a new bed even today we didn't receive the bed

The driver came today to my house to take the old bed without our new bed where we must sleep now???

Please intervine urgent 😢
