Bad Service

Good day

I went to Lewis store in Mookgophong to buy diningrooom chairs. They did not have stock and said the will get from Mokopane. They asked how soon do I need them and I said as soon as possible this was on Tuesday, they said they would call me. I went back on Friday and went to the sales person, he could not even remember me and when I said I am here for the chairs he was very suprised. He went to the back of the store, came out and went to sit with a lady keeping me waiting for more than 5 min whithout saying something. I left the store. You will think they need sales for a monthly target, especially with a cash buyer. They are not very helpfull, when I was there on Friday another sales person was sitting and having icecream with a visitor. The sevice was bad and I will never go back to Lewis store.
