Bad service

I have been calling Lewis stores from December 2025 looking for a settlement letter but I have been sent from pillar to post. Their service is very very bad. They do not have good customer care. They don't care about their clients, what they want is just money because I want to settle the account but I cant get the letter I am looking for. I'm really disappointed with their service and the staff at head office.
