Bad service

I have a very bad experience with Lewis in Kuilsrivier. I opened an account on my name in December purchased a dining set on credit and they were deducting 350 per month including insurance. The very same December they delivered the set but without the assembler to put it up for us. I kept on phoning and visiting the store and they kept on postponing saying the assembler is not available. In January I decided to put it up myself following the instructions on the package. Unfortunately the chairs weren’t stable enough we could not sit on them and still they haven’t sent the assembler out. In June I kept on going to their store to complain until 1 day I found the assembler and he promised to come the following day and only came after a week of promising. The dining set was still not fixed properly when he left. I still complained and my quiry was not resolved. I lost my phone 2 months back so I didn’t make payment for 2 months and when I got home last weekend I was told some guys from Lewis took the dining set with them for non payment. Nothing was communicated with me and they could have asked for my new number as I was not reachable from the old one or even leave a letter stating the reason for them to take the dining set and the way forward. I’m not happy by how they handled the matter after how long I have been complaining to them with no solution instead they do this
