Bad Service.

I never had such bad service in my life from 255 Atteridgeville Lewis shop C7, Attlyn center. I went to Lewis stores and bought a wardrobe on Monday 02/03/20 they told me that they can't deliver at that day hence that they have informed that they deliver on the same day, because they about to close at that time so they promise they're gonna deliver it on the following day I did understand that.

3 days passed I wasn't contacted and any of my next of kin they were not contacted we were not informed about any delay. I went there on Thursday to find out what is happening. The manager informed me that the agent that was assisting me she was new she didn't make the follow-up so if I'm cancelling I'm taking the commission away from the agent so I felt bad about it so they told me they will deliver on Friday the next day but they did also.

So they made the delivery on Saturday but they didn't assemble it instead they informed my brother that they are coming back to assemble the wardrobe and they didn't. On the delivery note they made a ****** and putted on date received* on the 3rd of March 2020 head of the 7th of March 2020.
