Bad service

I would to complain about Lewis stores after they listed me at safps and I made a follow-up with then to remove the listing at safps since I'm not the one who app**** for furniture credit with then .Their ***** department service contacted me to say the issue is resolved with then but to my surprise is until to date I'm still listed at safps
