Bad service

I tried multiple times to open an acount get pre aproved for a limit go in to a branch declined they keep saying i have a default on my itc i have send in my transunion and exsperian reports with no default but the keep saying itc listing. The dont even try to assist u in resolving or pinpointing the problem
