Bad service

Hello Peter I'd like to share my horrible experience I'm having with Lewis store particularly Lewis in Pietermaritzburg Church Street. I bought a TV in January this year and had a 12 Months guarantee and unfortunately last month it broke and I took back to them they promised to fix it but I wanted a new one. It's been over 4 weeks now they giving me the run around. I'd like to share that Lewis stores is taking advantage of its consumers and ****ming us our hard earned money.
