Bad service

Hi, my name is Mokoena Petronelle, I took a water dispenser fridge last year december and when I received the fridge has scratch and I report it that they must come and take it. They came and bring another fridge and water dispenser was leaking. I report it and told them I don't want to buy a fridge from them anymore they must come and take it back because they giving me broken ones. They took it and I ask them to cancel my account and they said when warehouse receive it, they will automatically cancel it. Now the first of january they call me and tell me I must pay my account its late, I called them and spoke to manager and she said she will fix that problem. Now yesterday I received a letter that I must pay or ill get blacklisted. Please help I cannot pay for fridge that is not even with me, they took it long time back.
