Bad service

Hi I do not want to ever buy any thing at Lewis Due to bad service in Randfontein they have promised me that my Gass Stove will be replaced after it exploded 3 times but still nothing was been done I burned my had badly with the stove twice and it exploded in my mothers face once still they did not do somthing I went to them and told them what happened the one lady said the claim that I made never went thru to the head offece so she said she will make a new one 2 months ago I used the stove again to cook and it exploded so bad that the sealling craked the whole stove exploded I had such a fright I went to Robenson that same day for my hand that burned and I went to them they told me that they will let the insurae pay out or give us a nother stove but still I have not heard anything from them yet so I am so ungry that I dont even want to pay them at all all they are telling us that the process is still going on it takes time but I dont understand why because I complained since I baught the stove last year February many times after that as well. The 1 st excuse were that the 1 shop were closed and they will check for me then they told me that the claim never went thru to headoffece know when it happened again 2 monthes ago I went to them with my burned hand the one lady said we must take photos and make a police statement about what happened I did and I took it to them they said ok they will send it thru 3 weeks later a man came to my work and asked me do I want them to pay out or fix it I told him he cant fix a stove that exploded they must pay me out and that was the last I ever heard of them when I went to pay them 4 this month we aked them whats going on we did not get any feedback from them after they told my mother they will contact her during the week after she paid. This month the lady said the person that took the case on has left they will check for me but still not came back to me they do not care about their clients they just want money
