Bad Service

Good day This is Mnr Scheepers The service at Lewis stores, Market Street Uitenhage is very bad I opened an account and bought various items l, first my base of my bed that I bought was torn, second my KIC Fridge was faulty whereby the balp doesn't work, third the delivery is bad they don't contact you to find out if you at home after they just said we will come deliver the goods. I have to wait the whole day for the delivery and after all I have to phone in every time to find out what is happening, The customer service is bad, and I don't wish to purchase any more goods from the store this is the first and the last and I wouldn't recommend anyone to the store.
