Bad Service

Good day. If I can say this. If you want to buy anything be it appliances or furniture do not choose Lewis. The worst company ever. When you go to buy you are the best. They run around trying to please you just so the deal can get approved and they get business on their books. As soon as it comes to after sales services they are the worst. When you pay a day late or try to make arrangements they threaten to come and repossess your furniture. The problem I however now sit with is a gas/electric fridge I bought from them. We have it now for eight months and now it suddenly does not work. I went in to report it and they keep on sending someone who never gets to my home to come pick it up. I have been waiting for three weeks now nothing still. Today when I got there we realized that the stock clerk has never reported it, but he keeps on lying that he did. Lewis has very bad after sales services I wouldn't even recommend my enemy to go buy at Lewis. They are expensive and the furniture you buy breaks a month after you've bought it. Never again will i buy there Period!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
