BAD SERVICE

I bought a KIC fridge from Lewis branch at Idutywa for my mother. After a week Lewis delivered an old fridge that smelled terrible inside. After phone the branch the Manager informed me that she did not know that the delivered an old fridge. I phoned the call centre the about 3 weeks ago. They evetaully phoned me back a week ago to say they will arrange for a refund of my money as you do not have stock. I had to fax my bank statement and Id. My bank statement reflects my name as VS Kufa which your call centre does not want to account for unknown reason. I phoned again today when the lady Wendy is not there and whoever helped put the phone down in my ear. I need the money immediately as my mother's food is going of everyday without a fridge as we cannot use the one that Lewis brough as it is leaking as well. You sit with my money for a month now and if I do not receive a reply i am going to the customers consumers.
