I have been waiting almost a month for my coaches at lewis store , received 2 sets THAT WAS FAULTY still await the new set , purchased 11/11/2017 , and first payment has been made already , when we call we are advised that delivery will be made , but nothing still , when we go to the store we are advised to be delivered and we still waiting , manager is Graham and sales lady is Zarinah , this is lewis store in Eldorado park ext 5 circle , shoprite centre

I RECEIVED NEW SET OF COACHES BUT STILL FAULTY , I RECEIVED CALL FROM COMPLAINTS AND THEY ADVISE THAT THE LEWIS AGENTS WILL BE AT MY HOUSE 20/12/2017 BETWEEN 5:00 AND 6:00 , TODAY I RECEIVED CALL THE REASON WHY THEY COULD NOT COME AND SEE ME WAS BECUASE THEY WERE HELD HOSTAGE AND SOMEONE WALKED IN STORE AND CLOSED THE DOORS WITH EVERYONE INSIDE , HOW TRUE IS THIS I ASK , AM I TO BELIEVE THIS STORY AND THE ONLY WAY I WILL BELIEVE THIS STORY IF ELDORADO PARK LEWIS STORE CAN PROVIDE ME WITH CASE NUMBER SO THAT WE CAN SEE WHO THE REAL FOOL IS HERE
