Bad service

Last week i went to Lewis store Eldorado park was assisted by them regarding a deal i wanted they printed the contact had me sign and asked me to come back to call your offices to validate i then went back friday and found the manager JR who then told me to wait his first going for a smoke on his return he called but it was too late again thrn he asked me to come back went today 3 times 1st time was full he said i must come back second time he said hos doing a delivery or something i must come back went back now his not back yet called now spoke to a think ntombi then she cut the call called again then no answer now you tell me what service that is your Eldorado park branch is useless stroes customer service is bad i want ro cancel the contract i signed for the russel hobbs combo as i am not intereated anymore JR is fooling around seems like all rhe managers you have there messes around
