Bad service

It was very bad i was told im done paying for my fridge and two months they did not take the money from my account only end of January i woke up with R1000 gone when i spoke to Lungelo who was the sales man when i bought the fridge he told me im crazy i must not **** with him in which i still have the evidence and the customer service told me that they cant return my money im so mad cause the money was not even mine
