BAD SERVICE

Good day, <br> <br> My mom purchased a microwave and DSTV decoder on Thursday and was promised that they will deliver everything on Friday as the decoder as to be fetched from the other branch. On Friday they only delivered the Microwave and when asked where is the decoder the driver told us they know nothing about it we should call the branch. My dad called Lewis store and was told the will deliver the decoder on Monday. Today I was just making a follow up. But nobody seemed to have a detailed answer. I spoke to Koketso who transferred me to Mr Hlatswayo and unfortunately Mr Hlatswayo promised to call my mom but he ddnt and all I needed was just a simple answer. <br> <br> A humble request to please assist maybe they will be able to tell when they will deliver the decoder.
