Bad service

<p>I had bought an lounch soot about 8 to 10 months ago at lewis stores in phalaborwa a month and a half back now the one dubble coutch had broken.i had reported it they had come and fetch it for repairs in the next 2 weeks the other one had broke also up untill now not even one is fixed i call them ones a week.lewis and the head office all that they can say is the people are still bussy with the coutch.im paying for things that im not using.i hope maby somebody can help me and tell me were i can report it </p>
