Bad service

Bought my bedroom headboard and pedestals at capetown Lewis Simons town on the 16 September 2021 delivered to my place by Umtata branch on the 30 September 2021 but the guy left it and said he will come and assembly it next day as he was rushing. When we call Lewis they said we must pay for some one to come and assembly it even now its not yet attended . We have been waiting for them to come and assemble it😭
