Bad service

I bought a lounge suite 2 years no one hardly use the suite they came to fetch it last year because the one one chair broke. And a couple months a long the line the shame chair has a problem now the store manager tells the guarantee is finish. So what am I suppose to do the 4 piece lounge lounge suite cost R15000 .
