BAD SERVICE ?

I bought a wardrobe at lewis shop lebowakgomo and it was delivered but after two day I noticed that it had a damage on it's door hinges and I reported the matter at lewis shop at lebowakgomo where I bought it they came and checked it and took out the damaged door hinges and left telling me that the are going to look for it (doorhinges) To this day I am still waiting for them is being a month now. Guys bad service at lebowakgomo lewis all that they want is sells but ones you report a problem they will give you a cold shoulder
