Bad Reputation and unfaithful and leak of loyalty to the employees

I'm Matodzi Tshilambavhunwa I was appointed as the trainee TBM at Lewis store Boksburg CBD I started on the 07/03/2022(Monday) on Thursday I was advised to report at Lewis store Johannesburg Pritchard street as from Friday on the 11/03/2022 till 19/03/2022 I haven't paid yet for the days I've worked it's 2 weeks which is 12 days...I've communicated with the HR and Regional Manager but I'm not getting any assistance I've tried my level best to communicate with them even now my massages and calls are being ingored kindly help with this issue I worked I believe I should be paid as per my contract... my question is if I was still with the company was they were gonna except me to be on duty without paid??? I haven't received any feedback from the company it totally tells me that the are ************* and the number that called me *** and I was told that she will get back to me she never came back... I tried to call the number no one's it's picking it up...it really shows that the company doesn't respect their employees and the are not loyal I'll be also filling this matter to CCMA I won't relax until I got the money I've worked for??? According to the contract I was supposed to be paid on the 25th March today it's the 12/04/2022 were is the honesty and the valid reason for holding my payment???
