BAD QUALITY COUCHES AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES

I bought a lounge suite from Lewis in Strand, it was delivered on the 10/04/2025. Not even 5 months old and the stitching is coming loose and the couches is busy tearing. I contacted Lewis on Friday 12/09/2025 and i was told they will log a call, today 15/09/2025 i asked for Feedback and the answer I received yet again is "Ons moet dit log as n complain dan sal hulle ons laat weet as ons dit moet optel en na bakers toe vat" strange as this complaint was logged on Friday. You guys are quick if the monthly fee is not paid but not quick to assist customer when needed. I even paying an extra service for if the couches gets damaged or burnt. I need this sorted out before 19/09/2025, otherwise you can collect the couches refund me all my monies and close my account.
