Bad quality

I bought a lounge suite from lewis a year ago and three months down the line it looked like Five years old. They quick fix the lounge suite. I queried the same thing with them and they promised to fix it and after numerous phone calls to the customer's service department still no help. No follow up communication from them I had to phone them all the time. Now they confirm and say the gaurenteed period is over. They don't care about the customers ,the said part is I paid cash for the lounge suite.

I will never buy from them ever again.
