Bad & Poor Service

Greetings, I am writing this message as unhappy customer at Lewis Store Branch 0515 in Rustenburg.

We (I & Wife) reported a broken washing machine that's not draining out water and has a funny sound when we trying to drain out water.

The matter has been reported to the store (Lewis branch 0515 where we spoke to NEHEMIA ) 2 months ago, We didn't get help in a week and we escalated the matter to the head office where I spoke to ( Nonny) who is always unavailable when we call. We then skip one month of payment to check of they will call us, they did and we ask them ,they can't help us with the broken machine and they hanged on me.

I call everyday to check how is my complain going, stil nothing isn't working and I can't get hold of (Nonny) who helped me.

We are paying every month insurance n installment but nothing is happening.

Can you please help us to resolve the matter , because we are owning a broken machine that isn't working at home while paying monthly installment.
