BAD Experience with Lewis store Mthatha

I have a very bad experience with the Lewis store York Road Mthatha, i opened an account 2 weeks ago , got credit which required me to to pay a deposit of 1000 rand for the 2 LCD TV's which i paid, which i specifically asked for a 40inch Blaupunkt. On the day of the of purchase deposit after i made a payment , i was then told that they did not have it on stock. I could not understand why they'd make me pay for something that they did not have. We resorted to them giving me a 40inch Sinotec that were on display. Only after did i realised that they giving me TV's without remotes & boxes. I took them with the arrangement that they deliver the boxes and remotes 2 days later as they were waiting on stock . saw that i was given different models of TV's . 2days went buy and i had to go to their store and ask for them and still no valuable explanation.
