Bad experience

Hi im experiencing bad attitude with Lewis furniture store.. Bought the washing machine last year. So last month it stoped working i called Lewis to get assistance since its stil got warranty. They told me they will call me which they never did.i called again after three days they told me people who deals with that are on u lunch. Yesterday i called they told person who deals with that is on leav coming back nextweek. Should i wait for someone from leav to come and assist me. I really wanna use my washing machine. Kindly help me to get assistance. *** or ***
