Bad experience after bad experience

3 months ago I purchased good from lewis and lost my job the month after purchasing the goods

Two payments couldn’t be made as I had no income . I sent through proof that I’m waiting on my pension fund this week and today the ladies from Roodeport branch came to take goods saying that I need to pay or they taking the goods(which I don’t mind) but what ticked me off was again the customer service I received where the lady who was sent to collect the goods stated that she is only taking the goods cause I had the audacity to complain on hello Peter when I had a problem in getting the goods . I really don’t understand how customer service comes in with a personal vendetta. As well as is this how u also treat your customers when they going through financial difficulties .

I will never ever recommend lewis store to anyone ever not now ever . Bad experience after bad experience
