I have a bad expiriance with lewis store in margate.So my mother has an account with Luwis store but i was the one who was paying for the account so in march when i went to the store one of the consultant told me it my last payment and i am done paying and ahe was right because i also caculated ...i was so happy.then boom in May debit order went off and when m asking to be refundede they want a lot of documentation to be submited but when they were debiting my accout it was easy like ABC.the staff in there is incompetence and they dont know what is cutomer service.in managment side please train your staff.i want my refund and i will make sure that i get it
