Bad customet service

<p>Went to buy a TV unit at Lewis on the 20th and was assisted by a lady names Thozama. Everything was done and I had asked for the unit to be delivered on the same day. The TV unit was only delivered to the 25th without no clear communication as to what was happening. I am not happy with the TV unit as its not brand new it has faults and I can 100% say it was previouly used by someone else. I am very unhappy with their service. If I had the chance I would return it and ask for my money back buy because i'm working I can't. Please do something about this or I am involving my lawyers.</p>
