BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES

I don't know what will take this company to have good customer service, I made the arrangements that I am paying my parent's accounts they took my details including my identity but yet their calling them demanding payment that is done by me to worsen the situation they called them yesterday on Saturday while we were at my grandma's funeral, and I didn't pay because I complained about the dirty couches and they came late while I already used the money to pay them so I am the one responsible for payment arrangements for heaven sake, being lewis stores customer it's a pain to my parents and me I wish they could turn the hand of time. I AM SO ****ED 😡 right now
