Bad customer services

My dad bought the couch at Lewis that are paid by me, went to the store to ask about the cleaning detergent was told they should have quoted master guard on the first day now they can't, so meaning that I must stay with dirty couches! And as a customer is that my fault that they didn't include it? So I must pay yet I am not happy because now I'm asking myself is that a good customer service!
