Bad Customer Service, WITH UNEDUCATED STAFF!!!(WOODSTOCK BRANCH)

<p>In 2014, at the beginning of March, myself and my my partner has brought goods totalling to a whopping +-R13000-00. The goods consisted of a fridge, and a full bedroom suite as well as a bed. Upon having these goods purchased, after a while (referring to months) we have found that the pedestals are of poor workmanship because the "spray" has started to scratch, the dressing table has "oil like" marks and our bed has been sold to us at a "discounted rate" however not mentioning that it was a second hand/used/display bed....how do I know this? Because today we had a guy come out to our house to have the bed assessment done for us, as he works directly for the company of which manufacture these beds. We have asked him how should the bed be packaged when delivered, his answer was simple.....wrapped in clear plastic, this bed has been delivered in blue plastic, which is an indication of tampering!!!! We spoke to three illiterate store managers at Lewis in Woodstock and all three are still getting back to me and my partner regarding our complaints logged on numerous occasions.....I HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF THEM....THEY SHOULD CLOSE DOWN!!!! Customers are only valued up until a sale/s has been made......and there after, the **** hits the fan. They are the most ridiculous company ever!!!!!! I'M GOING TO FURTHER THIS COMPLAINT ON TRIP ADVISER AS WELL SO THAT THEY GET INTERNATIONAL EXPOSURE!!!! ****ED AS HELL!!!</p>
