bad customer service to elderly people

Hey hellopeter my grandpa bought a stove at lewis store in town cente mitchells plain he went to complain about the stove many times by the store manager she keeps promising she will phone him back she send out people to come look at the stove but no one come and tell him whats wrong with the stove so everytime he must go to the store but no answer nothing is done no one come to fix it he even went to woodstock there headoffice about this but no one answer him so he took the stove to there store yesterday 25/04/2023 and yet she didn't even phone please assist my grandpa couse he is paying them everymonth and yet they don't follow up they mistreat him couse his old they really have no customer service with the elderly people
