Bad customer service from Lewis store in Boksburg

I would like to write a review about Lewis stores in Boksburg. I bought a microvave and laptop fromnthem in 2020. Since the stuff are not working i took it back to the store. They kept it there for 6 months without informing me the guarantee has expired. They gave the stuff back and on top of that the cable of the laptop was ****** at the store and then they jad the audacity to say i lie, whlie my son was with me when we took the laptop + microwave back.
