Bad customer service!!

experience...pathetic customer service!!!!!

So I bought a new queen @Restonic bed @Lewis store at protea glen mall, so as time went by the bed started making noise I'm like this bed is new , ohk good and it starts caving in springs sound like they popping up when you lay on it and stand up , and now it looks like it has a whole in it....

Let me cut this story short, I went to report this very bed on the 13th of August, AUGUST NEH... I keep going to the store they keep telling me a representative will come and check out the bed , till today no1 I mean no1 , so I call the head office in cape Town, they call the branch guess what nothing till today, I've missed work ,my husband has missed work so we can be home for them to come check the bed , but nothing ......

By the way I'm still paying for the bed I don't sleep on. Bad customer service!!!!
