Bad customer service

So guys i wrote a review abwt lewis last time and my query is still not resolved im paying them every month.so today i called the regional manager to find out is my contract is cancelled the only thing he could said to me was we still waiting and that is since the beginning of janaury not evan mentioning the previous 4 months wat can i do
