Bad Customer Service

I had very bad experience with Lewis Randburg.. I went there yesterday and was assisted by a Manager Called Anele Mkhize..

She Processed my application and everything, but while busy with me she was also busy with other customers.. i Spent about 2-3 hours in the store and she assured me that my bed will be delivered today.. Today ii called her and asked when to expect the Bed, she said she doesn't know who I am and ii tried explaining everything and she said she doesn't know me..

What does a person have to do in situations like this?? She really lacks customer service skills and she takes people for granted. She gossips with her colleagues about other customers Infront of customers calling customers stupid and all sorts of names..

I mean if she didn't want to help she could have just said so. Please look into this matter.

I work with people on a daily basis ii have never seen such in my whole life .
